1. Program description
AllStar Tech Solutions operates a transactional SMS program for clients and prospective clients who have provided express written consent to receive text messages from us.
Through this program, you may receive text messages including:
- Appointment and service-call reminders
- Network or system alerts related to services we manage for you
- Status updates on support tickets, projects, or work orders
- Account and billing notifications (e.g., invoice reminders)
- Two-factor authentication codes, if you have requested them
- Replies to messages you initiate with us
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. You will not receive sales offers, newsletters, or promotional content via SMS through this program.

2. How to opt in
You may opt in to receive transactional text messages from AllStar Tech Solutions in any of the following ways:
- By checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form and providing your mobile phone number
- By signing a written authorization during client onboarding that includes SMS consent
- By providing your phone number and replying

SMS consent is never a condition of receiving services from AllStar Tech Solutions. By opting in, you confirm that the phone number you provided is yours and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.
3. Opting out (STOP)
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to a message we send you:

After you send an opt-out keyword, we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging your request, after which you will receive no further texts from this program. You may also request opt-out by emailing contact@allstartechsolutions.com or calling (240) 281-9828.
If you opt out and later want to opt back in, you can reply START or UNSTOP, or contact us to re-enroll.
4. Getting help (HELP)

5. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity, scheduled appointments, and the nature of any active support requests. There is no fixed frequency. You may receive multiple messages on busy days and no messages on quiet days. Messages are only sent in connection with the categories listed in Section 1.
6. Cost
Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan with your mobile carrier. AllStar Tech Solutions does not charge a fee for receiving or sending messages through this program, but your carrier may charge you for incoming and outgoing texts and for any data used. Check with your carrier if you have questions about your plan.
7. Supported carriers
This program is currently available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The wireless carriers supported by this program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Delivery & reliability
SMS delivery is dependent on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. AllStar Tech Solutions is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, garbled, or otherwise affected by your carrier, your device, or network conditions outside our control.
You should not rely on SMS as a sole means of receiving time-critical information. For urgent matters, please contact us directly by phone.
9. Privacy & data sharing
Information you provide to opt in to our SMS program — including your phone number and consent record — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information collected as part of the SMS opt-in process will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of opt-in data and consent records are excluded from sharing for those purposes. This restriction does not apply to information sharing with subcontractors directly supporting our SMS program (such as our messaging platform provider, e.g., Twilio), which is necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.
10. Changes to these SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect how we send messages or your rights will be communicated through a notice on our website or — where appropriate and where you have opted in — by SMS or email. Your continued participation in the program after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to a change, you can opt out at any time using the procedures described in Section 3.
